Returns & Replacements

As all CJP products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Accidental orders

Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A replacement cannot be provided, or
  • The issue is verified as a manufacturing or fulfillment error.
